This bundle contains functions to help generate OAuth access tokens for your application's users.
To use these Choreos:
Sign up for a Facebook Developer account if you don't already have one.
Create a new Facebook app via the Facebook developer console using the My Apps menu at the top of the page.
Choose Website for the platform option.
Specify your app's URL as the Site URL. If you are just getting setup for testing, you can just put any valid URL in this field e.g., http://temboo.com, and change it later if you wish.
Under Settings > Advanced > Client OAuth Settings, set up your Temboo callback URL by specifying the following URL in the Valid OAuth redirect URIs field:
Run the Facebook > OAuth > InitializeOAuth Choreo, specifying the App ID from the app you registered at Facebook and the appropriate Scope. The InitializeOAuth choreo will return an authorization URL and a callback ID (required for the FinalizeOAuth step).
Open a new web browser, navigate to the authorization URL returned by the InitializeOAuth choreo, and click "allow" to grant the app access to your Facebook account.
Run the Facebook > OAuth > FinalizeOAuth Choreo, specifying the callback ID returned earlier by the InitializeOAuth Choreo. This process will return an OAuth access token that can be used to access the Facebook API. If you wish to retrieve a long-lived access token, set the optional LongLivedToken input to 1.
Note: The Scope input is used to request the permissions that your app needs. If your app requires more than than public_profile, email and user_friends it will require review by Facebook before your app can be used by people other than the app's developers. App review guidelines can be found here.
