We understand that passing sensitive information in the cloud seems risky. But rest easy — at Temboo, we take your data’s security to an extreme.

For starters, all information sent to and from the Temboo service is automatically encrypted using standard techniques like SSL, and no data is stored for longer than Temboo needs it to run.

You can use public keys and standard encryption for increased security, and all system information is automatically locked.

We take it a step further, though, by employing a new, super-safe security model throughout the service. This means that permissions are established at an ultra-fine level: You specify who can and can’t access Choreographies, connections to endpoints, and even specific chunks of data.

Such a thorough approach to security comes with a few administrative drawbacks, and we’re working on streamlining them. For now, they’re a small price to pay for maximum data security in the cloud.
